These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ascend Technologies website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website provides information about Ascend Technologies, its technology services and its solutions. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a contract for the supply of software, consulting, support or any other service.

Submitting an enquiry through the website is a request to start a business conversation. It is not an acceptance of a quotation, an order or a binding agreement unless and until the parties enter into an applicable agreement.

A specific project will be governed by a written proposal, statement of work, contract or other agreement that identifies the scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timelines, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property arrangements, support obligations and other applicable terms.

A quotation or proposal is subject to the terms stated in that document and may expire or be withdrawn as stated there.

Ownership and licensing of software, designs, documents and other deliverables created for a client are determined by the applicable project agreement.

Our collection and processing of personal data through the website are governed by the Privacy Policy and the applicable data-protection laws of Ghana, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
