Pricing built around your requirements
We do not sell one-size-fits-all packages. Every project is quoted from its own requirements, so you pay for what your organization actually needs.
Why we do not publish fixed prices
Two projects that sound alike can differ enormously. A school with one campus and a school with several branches, an online catalog and an online store with payments and delivery: the work involved is not the same.
A fixed price list would either overcharge simple projects or under-scope complex ones. Instead, we learn what you need and give you a tailored quotation you can review before committing to anything.
What shapes the cost of a project
These are the factors we consider when preparing a quotation.
Scope
What the project must achieve, and how much of the organization it touches.
Features
The number and depth of features, from a handful of pages to many connected modules.
Number of users
How many people use the system, in how many roles, with which permissions.
Design requirements
How much custom interface and branding work is needed across devices.
Complexity
The rules, calculations and workflows the system must handle correctly.
Integrations
Payments, messaging and other systems the software must connect to.
Database requirements
The volume, structure and reporting needs of the data being stored.
Infrastructure
Hosting, environments, backups and how far the system needs to scale.
Security requirements
Access control, data protection and any compliance expectations.
Maintenance and support
The level of ongoing care and improvement you want after launch.
How a quotation comes together
A clear path from first conversation to an agreement you understand.
- 01
A conversation
You tell us about your organization, the problem and what you would like to achieve.
- 02
Scoping
We clarify requirements, users and priorities, and note anything that affects effort.
- 03
A written proposal
We set out what is included, what is not, and how the work would be staged.
- 04
Agreement
We discuss the proposal with you, adjust where needed and agree before work begins.
Help us give you a useful quotation
You do not need everything worked out. These points help us understand your project from the first conversation.
- What problem you want to solve, and for whom
- Who will use the system and in what roles
- The tools, spreadsheets or paper processes used today
- Which features are essential and which are nice to have
- Any deadline or event the project is tied to
- A budget range, if you are comfortable sharing one
Large projects can be phased: begin with the essential features and add more over time. Costs charged by third parties, such as hosting, SMS or payment providers, are separate from our fees. We help you understand and plan for them.
Tell us about your project.
Share what you need and we will come back with questions and a sensible next step. A tailored quotation follows from there.
